A note from the author: I have used these resources with my form group from Year 7 - 9 to ensure that not only do I develop a strong pastoral grounding with the students, but also that I build a professional relationship with my form. Some of the resources will need to be tailored / adapted to the needs of your form and your school pastoral policies, however they are a great template to work from.
